Personal Training
Some people would like, or may need, specialized attention. Personal training is ideal for those who may be doing injury rehabilitation, having a specific health issue, or have been sedentary for an extended amount of time. Members may also want extra training to focus on specialized items such as strength gains or mastering skills.
Personal Training is a great way to have one on one time with a highly skilled CrossFit Coach. All of our coaches are talented, motivated, and have a strong desire to help people obtain their fitness goals! Because these individuals are committed to offering their clients the utmost attention and high quality training, they only commit to a few clients each month.
Hourly pricing begins at $85 per hour. Packages are available at reduced rates. Please contact us for additional information and pricing.
